A. For the waterfall-style smoke effect, use backflow incense cones. Some designs also include a separate holder for incense sticks, depending on the product style.

A. Incense cones or sticks are included only if stated in the selected product option or bundle. Please check the product variant before ordering.

Q. How does the backflow smoke effect work?
A. Backflow cones are designed with a hollow center that allows smoke to flow downward. When placed correctly on the burner, the smoke cascades through the sculpted channels like a soft waterfall.

Q. Why is the smoke not flowing downward properly?
A. Make sure you are using backflow cones, not regular incense cones. Place the cone directly over the smoke hole and keep the burner away from fans, air conditioning, open windows, or strong airflow.

Q. Is incense residue normal?
A. Yes. Backflow incense naturally leaves a light residue after use. Allow the burner to cool fully, then wipe it gently with a soft cloth to keep it clean.

Q. Can I use essential oils with this burner?
A. No. These burners are designed for incense cones and/or incense sticks only, unless stated otherwise.

Q. Is it safe to use indoors?
A. Yes, when used responsibly. Always place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface, keep it away from flammable materials, and never leave burning incense unattended.
