Return Shipping 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable 
• If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount 

Refund Process 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Returns are not accepted for products purchased during promotional sales or discount periods. All such sales are final 
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund

2. Fill. Add drinking water through the top opening, below the marked maximum.
3. Start. Connect to a compatible grounded mains supply and use the front power button.
4. Serve. Lift the clear lid and collect ice when ready. Store spare ice in your freezer.

• Place indoors on a dry, level surface and keep ventilation openings clear.
• Fill with drinking water through the dedicated opening, within the marked limit.
• Unplug before cleaning. Do not immerse the appliance or spray its electrical parts.
• Clean and drain according to the supplied guide; do not leave old water standing during storage.
• Keep children away from the cord and moving or electrical parts.

What shape of ice does it make?

Small square cubes, approximately 21 mm across. Cube clarity, thickness and shape can vary with the water and operating conditions.

How much ice is made in one cycle?

The supplier specifies 24 cubes per cycle, with typical cycle times around 15–25 minutes. Allow for changes with room and water temperature.

How do I add water?

Use the dedicated top-fill opening and follow the maximum fill mark in the supplied instructions. Use drinking water.

Can I leave the ice inside all day?

For ice you want to keep for later, transfer it to a suitable container in your freezer. Serve freshly made ice as needed.

Can I use it outdoors?

Use Ashton indoors on a dry, stable, level surface. Keep it away from heat sources, splashes and direct sunlight.

Is it compatible with every country?

This configuration is rated 220 V. Match the appliance rating label and selected plug to your local mains supply. A plug adapter does not change voltage.

What comes with it?

The ice maker with attached power cord and printed instructions. Glassware, serving utensils and other styling props are not included.
